    Hi there,
    First off, what an awesome plugin! And for what I’ve seen so far, great support even for a free plugin. So thank you for making this plugin!

    Recently I’ve noticed that the hover effects on my dashboard, the text doesn’t have any background color anymore. Making the text almost impossible to read.
    I’ve included a screenshot below to make it more clear.

    How to solve this issue?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

    this is happening either because your browser is loading an old version of our CSS, or because of a conflict with another plugin, that is overriding our CSS. Try purging your browser and server cache first, and if that still doesn’t solve the issue, try deactivating any other plugin that adds stuff to your dashboard.

    Ah yes, turns out Easy Forms for MailChimp is the bad guy here.
    Is there a way to alter the CSS of Slimstats?
    I would like to insert this code to solve the problem:
    .qtip-default {
    border: 1px solid #555 !important;
    background-color: rgba(0,0,0,.9) !important;
    }

    Oh never mind, found there is a custom CSS box in the settings of Slimstats.

    One last thing which is kinda related to this.
    I believe the plugin WPML is replacing country names on hover in the dashboard. For example, before this plugin on Hover the full country name was shown (e.g. Netherlands), now I only get country codes like c-NL. Is there a way to fix this issue without having to disable WPML?

    I’m afraid that’s not possible, because country names are generated on-the-fly by Slimstat, and that’s what might confuse WPML. Does this happen on the Slimstat screens as well, or just the WP dashboard?

    Slimstat screens as well ??

    Would an off-the-shelf installation WPML allow us to replicate this issue? Or did you customize it in any specific way?

    (@sebas6691)

    I’ve customized WPML, but as far as I can remember the problem occurred on installation/activation of the plugin.

    Deactivating the plugin resolves the issue right away.

    Do you know if they have a “test” version of the plugin that doesn’t require to be purchased? Or is there any way you could contact us via our support platform to see we can replicate the issue on our end? https://support.wp-slimstat.com

    Hello @coolman,
    My name is Mercedes from WPML. We have received a request to work on the compatibility between our plugins and before moving forward I want to confirm that this comes from you, and is legit.

    Let me know please.

    Thanks!
