    Hello,

    I’ve just installed your plugin successfully.

    However, when I go to the Settings page, all of the options in the menu are inactive. I am able to see the options tab, but there is no content in any of them.

    Would you know how to activate them?

    It sounds like a conflict with some other plugin. Could you please sent me a list of the plugins that you have installed (a simple screenshot of your active plugins page would be enough), as well as the WordPress version that you use?

    Hi,

    Here is my plugin list:

    – Akismet (not active)
    – Hello Dolly (not active)
    – Slidr (ACTIVE)
    – WP Image Carousel (not active)

    (Akismet and Hello Dolly are default plugins in this theme, I guess)

    This is strange… Slidr is the only active plugin so, its not an issue of conflict. I installed it locally on an empty website and I even installed WP Image Carousel to see if there was any conflict, but it worked as expected.

    What is your WordPress’ version? Also, Which theme do you use? (name and version).

    Yes, this is weird, right?
    I’m using WordPress 4.0, with Motif theme (version 1.0.4).

    OK, with your latest feedback I managed to replicated the issue. It has to do with the old WordPress version that you use. I tried it on WP 4.0 and I faced the same problem.

    I believe that by updating WordPress to its most recent version (currently 4.3.xx) your problem will be fixed. Using an old version of WordPress is considered a very bad practice anyway (here’s a few reasons why) and you should always update to the latest version available.
