Slow Anchor Links in IE9

  • Writing content for https://www.petvetoasis.com Oodles of lists of dog breeds. I have been using anchor links like crazy. The Easy Scroll Link plugin is superb! However, the anchors work perfectly in FF but in IE they choke a bit and end halfway through the written content for the anchor YET if you hit the back button and click the link again; it finds the anchor flawlessly. Any help to correct on IE? I am not a code genius so please draw me diagrams! lol Thank you to all.
