Hello, the plugin work perfect on resizing image but i face issue after i activated, is when i upload other file like mp4, it take to much time for wordpress to handle the upload and placed inside the media, so when i deactivate the plugin everything come back as normal, so since the plugin work only on JPG why they affect the mp4 file?

    Hi @oussk,

The plugin Resize Image After Upload shouldn’t affect the upload of other file types. The issue is probably either coming from your site or other plugins.

However, if you think that Resize Image After Upload is indeed the problematic part, we’d need to take a deeper look to your site. Please contact us here, send us a temporary admin access to your site and make sure you mention this ticket.

    Thank you,

Really exactly this what happen and i install other plugin and it work fine without any issue,
more detail about what i have so may this can help you,,
    easy digital download
    front end submission add-on
    media cloud

I am definitely seeing this plugin triggered when uploading mp4 files. ImageMagick is run which delegates the file type (“mpeg:decode”) to ffmpeg. This creates a temp file that fills up the disk, and ffmpeg generates a high server load while. A 100 MB video file generates a 20+ GB temp file.

When this plugin is disabled, I do not see this behavior.

Using all current versions of WordPress and this plugin.
