Slow Down Multi Site..

  • I multisite WordPress setup with w3 total catch and basic plugging. The installation was running pretty slow at admin side, when i’m trying to publish any post or trying to approve any comment it’s take 10 to 15 sec to do that thing..

    Sorry to ask if you have already, but have you tried deactivating all plugins and switching to TwentySixteen theme and see if you are still having the same issue? 9 times of of 10 this resolves an issue, and then you can go through reactivating plugins and switching themes back one at a time to identify which was causing the issue. It can seem a little time consuming, but actually its normally the quickest way to narrow down an issue.

    Also, worth having a thorough review of your W3TC settings, some of these can slow down a site, individual settings can conflict with themes and plugins.
