Slow Export of user data

    Hi

    When exporting user data whether it is a few selected fields or 100 in Excel or CSV format, the download speed of the export is slow (15.5KB/s). I have tried this through Microsoft Edge, Firefox Mozilla and Google Chrome. Speeds at our office are 80 Mbps Down/ 80 Mbps up. Grabbing other files (ex: video) from the site that is hosted comes down at a speed greater than 120KB/s. Is there something that I need to do configuration wise?

    Slow exports ( which don’t throw errors ) are purely an issue on your hosting platform – you will need to speak to you host to resolve these – as there are no configuration options within the plugin to influence this.
