Slow image download

  • Hello, I would like to ask, the product was successfully imported from shopify, but why the downloading of pictures is very slow?

    Images are very heavy(hundreds of Kb to several Mb) so they should be processed in the background. Slow or fast is up to your server’s performance as well as network speed.
    This is a support question so you’d better ask it in the support forum instead.
