Slow loading, when I use the plugin (missing something)

  • Hi. Your plugin is excellent but I found an issue in my web site that only happens when the plugin is activated.

    I checked the Network loading Waterfall in chrome inspector, and I′m having a (supposed) image broken link (or text/html) that increases loading time in almost 5 secs (on every page). When I disable your plugin the issue disappears. I tried to erase every function.php or css in the page as well as i disabled all plugins to isolate the problem and it only happens when I activate yours.

    I cannot identify the issue, can you help me? I’d like to use your plugin, is perfect to me. Thanks!

    I found the problem!

    When I was trying the popup options, I chose an image for the left side of the pop up. Then, I removed the image and disabled pop up options for my website.

    I don’t know why but, even if I′m not using the popup option, the plugin tries to load the pop up image causing this 5 secs delay. The solution was to choose another image for the popup even tought I′m not using it.

    anyway, it’s working fine now.
