Slow in Translating from English to Chinese (Traditional)

    Hi,
    Its working Fine but just taking very long time in Translation. i have only 2 Languages, ( 1-English, 2-Chinese (Traditional)). Chinese-to-English Conversion is far better but when i translate from English-to-Chinese it take Long time. is about 40 to 50 Seconds. How should i handle this Issue. Currently i am running my Website Locally under XAMPP Server.
