Slow load speeds after domain name change

I went through my typical checklist for optimizing wordpress loading times. I implemented the things listed below and got my load speeds down to around 3 seconds. However, after moving the site to a new domain my load speeds have skyrocketed up to the 13-16 second territory according to pingdom, etc.

-VPS server
-CSS/Javascript minimizing plugin
-Caching plugin (quick cache pro)
-CDN (cloudflare free)

All of the above are implemented. My yslow score is 92, which is good, yet my load times are in the 13-16 second range. Again, they were in the 3-5 second range before the domain name change.
