Slow loading video background

    Hey Matteo,

    I have a video background set up on a website, but the video doesn’t start or even display until around 10 seconds after the user is on the website. Any reason for this or any solution?

    It’s reeeally slow to get started

    10 sec. seams really a long time…
    Are you setting a startAt value for the video or it starts from the beginning?

    The plug-in should start showing the video once Vimeo sends the first playable buffer; so it should not depends on the plug-in side but from Vimeo itself.
    Did you try using a different video?

    Hey, thanks for your reply.

    It is starting at the beginning, just very slow to get started. Maybe it os a problem with Vimeo. We reduced the size of the video but it didn’t change much..
