    Hello

We are checking the page speed with google page speed analytics, and the score for mobile website is very low. After testing through we found that due to the `Complianz – GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent the score is low.

Please help us regarding the slow speed.

    Thank you

    Hi @ronwes12345,

Can you share a link to the website in question, so we can look into this and do some testing of our own?

If possible, could you additionally provide the test results that show a difference in PageSpeed metrics between Complianz enabled versus Complianz disabled?

Just let me know if you have any updates/additional information about this.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi,

We will report any findings here, if relevant for other users.

As of now, this thread will be closed because there are multiple streams of communications, without any useful information being shared publicly.

    regards Aert

I have found the same issue.

Using query monitor I have 79 Duplicate Queries, 63 of which are made by this plugin.

Most duplicate database calls are at least 4 times and select * from cmplz_services where ID = '1' is called a total of 16 times…

    Hi @kentpatrick1987,

If I’m correct, these are not front-end requests related to slow mobile speed, but database queries?

If so, could you start a new thread?

    Thanks, Aert

These are database queries called by loading front end requests that contribute to slow speed on both desktop and mobile. As such they are very much the same or at least parallel issues.

    Hi @kentpatrick1987,

Can we move this to a new thread? Even if it is similar, I’d rather treat them separately.

I will need more information, as I can’t reproduce these duplicate queries at the front-end, nor do I know in what context “Slow Mobile Speed” is meant.

select * from cmplz_services where ID = '1' are queries during the sync with cookiedatabase.org, in the wizard.

Can I have access to a URL, with some background about the settings of Complianz? Besides Query Monitor do you have debugging enabled? We can start from there.

    regards Aert
