Slow page load

    For some reason, loading the Memphis documents pages is very slow, typically 12 seconds. I have tried disabling all other plugins and also changing to the default theme, none of which changed the speed of the page loads. Show social is also unchecked. Is this to be expected with this plugin?

    do you have thumbnails enabled:

    Options > Settings > Document List Configuration | Controls the style of the document list table > Thumbnails

    if so try disabling it.

    Thank you for the suggestion. Disabling thumbnails did speed up the page loads. Is there a way to keep thumbnails enabled and still have normal page load speeds?

    sorry no, it requires a lot of processing power so I don’t recommend using it.

    I think moving forward I will just remove it completely.
