Slow Performance of website while loading on browser

Hey m new to wordpress. I have created this website => https://www.sapphiregems.in but m facing a big problem that the takes too much time to load for the first time and whenever the page is changed it takes long time to load on the browser.So,I was thinking if i can put some of the css or js links at the bottom of the page as i had seen that the page is having so many links which are causing slow perfomance of the site while loading on the browser.So,can anyone help me out for reducing load time of my site? thanx in advance ??
