The above screenshot shows the slow functions in this plugin when generating the single product page. They are also slowing down other pages. This is quite a lot. Can this be fixed? The cost is too high compared of what this plugin gives us.

    Hi @igyhere,

Thanks for the message. To confirm, Pinterest is slowing down your product pages. Was this previously working, or did it only begin after installing the Pinterest extension?

Could you share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us?
You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Download for support (after you scroll down a bit).

Once you have the System Status Report file, please attach it to your reply using https://quickforget.com/.

    Thanks!

Hi, the issue is connected with pinterest plugin. On the screenshot you can see where the slow php function comes from and it is your plugin. I am also getting a lot of logs with some errors login in. Maybe this will help.

    one is like this:
2024-02-11T21:02:00+00:00 ERROR There was a previous error trying to create or update merchant.

and the other is like this:

    2024-02-19T09:14:45+00:00 ERROR POST Request: https://api.pinterest.com/ads/v4/advertisers/549765255280/marketing_offer/V09PQ09NTUVSQ0VfMTQ2ODQxNF9DUkVESVRfMjAyNA==/redeem?is_encoded=true

    Status Code: 400

API response: The offer has already been redeemed by this advertiser

    Pinterest Code: 2324

2024-02-19T09:14:45+00:00 ERROR The offer has already been redeemed by this advertiser

    Hi there!

    Thank you for your answer.

We didn’t have reports of merchants affected by this slowness.

If you deactivate all your plugins except WooCommerce and Pinterest, do you still see the same issue?

I want to make sure that the Pinterest plugin is not slow because another plugin conflicts with it.
