Slow queries for unconfigured plugin

  • We installed Campaign Monitor for WooCommerce but out marketing dept. had yet to set it up. Over the following day, we got dozens of reports of duplicate orders (caused by requests hanging up and customers pressing Submit more than once).
    Our server reported:
    407 slow queries from /nas/content/live/outputinc/wp-content/plugins/campaign-monitor-for-woocommerce/core/Order.php:41
    I don’t know if the fact that it was unconfigured caused the problem but we had to uninstall as a result of the performance damage it caused. As soon as we uninstalled, the problem cleared up. We never bothered to link it to our CM account.
    We are hoping to use the plugin in the future but not until we can pinpoint the reason for the lagging it causes!
