Slow search, consuming too much resources

  • Using this plugin was a bad choice, it is too slow on small data files (tens of documents/pages). It consumes too many server resources and even with a lot of memory and ssd drives, one query is able to overwhelm the entire server.

    This is an anomalous case; tens of documents should be no problem, unless those documents are huge (megabytes of text). If you find yourself interested in having another go with Relevanssi, I’m happy to help figure out what’s the problem, just post on the support forums.
