    I’d suggest checking your install for hacks if the 10.240.22.221 address isn’t related to your site.

    Hi Ron, The script that I’ve pasted is only in the source when I enable the Multisite plugin? I have not been able to identify any hacks or issues with our server or WP instance. Given that the 10/ subnet is a local subnet and not internet routable it had me confused even more.

    It’s the remote login script (other than the IP address should be your network domain).

    Have you searched the php files in your site for that IP address?

    Yep First thing I did was Grep’d all the PHP files to see if it was coming from somewhere in code. Not sure if it’s something weird with my Bitnami AWS installation but it is also only recent.

    Does Bitnami run a front end proxy?

    If so then that IP address could be the internal address of the front end proxy or your webserver. In that case, the $_SERVER[‘HTTP_HOST’] variable is not being populated properly.
