As it has been a very hectic year in many ways for our support employees we would like them to all enjoy their holidays to the full. That is why we have decided not to be able to be fully operational for support questions during summer holidays. Expect some slow support between:

We will only be able to answer urgent questions and will reply slower than you are used from us. Hope you all understand and have a wonderful summer holiday too! Should you have any questions or requests for help, please let us know beforehand, otherwise we’d be happy to assist you again after our holidays are over.
