Slow Support Response. Too Many Bugs.

  • I bought all 3 packages because of the reviews I have read. Only 1 of the 3 packages I would consider working properly and the rest all useless plugins. The wholesale form won’t send the completed form which is ridiculous yet they charge heaps for it. Disappointing customer service. Give us our money back.

    UPDATE: I cannot even log in to my account. Even your website has bugs you can’t fix.

    I have asked for days why I couldn’t log in to my account and still got no reponse. Your customer support is a joke and there is nothing to adjust in my comment. I have asked for a refund of the 2 bundles namely Wholesale Order Form and Lead Generation – where is this? I am awe that you sell Wholesale Form which has lesser feature than those available for free. Your Wholesale Form does not send the registered information of the dealer so how are we supposed to validate their application. Disappointing purchase overall.

    Not sure what’s happening but it appears you aren’t receiving our replies.

    We processed your refund back on 21st the day after you asked. We’ve also made numerous attempts to contact you with no reply.
