SLOW to post in groups

Hi! I see other people on here are having the same problem as me. I love the plugin, and it works well except for one thing. When a user posts an update on a group page, it takes an age for the update to appear. It’s so disconcerting that users are punching the Post Update button umpteen times, and no doubt many are frustrated, assuming it isn’t working and in fact not bothering to post.

If I disable the plugin, posting to group pages works very smoothly.

Please could you, or anyone help?
