Slow to upload

  • It seems that Kraken is compressing the image right when the user drags the file over (or selects it) and if its a large file it can take 10/20/30 seconds to finish uploading (shows blue bar) before showing the thumbnail and allowing the user to insert it.

    Is it possible, to compress in a lazy or delayed/passive way so that the user doesnt have to wait. Many people just click out of the box and assume the upload didnt work after 5-10 seconds.

  • You can just turn off the automatically optimize on upload function, which would allow them to upload faster at the beginning. Then you could mass-optimize them every-so-often…
