Slow TTFB on one site but not another

Hi,

I am using this plugin on two sites.

The first site is loading really good. I am getting less than 300ms TTFB. We just migrated to using this plugin on the other site. TTFB is usually around 1-3s! I can’t figure it out. The sites share the same infrastructure…server, storage, network…all the same.

The only difference is that the first sites home page is a very mostly static page. The second site has about 12 pages and pulls around 1600 posts into the page so it is very dynamic in its creation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
