slow unhelpful support

at first glance this plugin looks and works well, seemingly great value.

but lack of prompt support with a requirement for cylindrical projection images.

commercial requirements forced me to dump this over another plugin with helpful and prompt support.

a shame. i now have purchased a plugin that i wont use and seemingly not fit for purpose.
