Slow upload?

    Edit Gallery > click on the edit info icon while in manage items mode….page changes to that view but never loads…all i get is the rotating grey icon….am i missing something? Can’t edit that screen just sits in a stage of “loading” pretty frustrating

    please check Developer tools in chrome to see if there is an error. There could be a plugin conflict causing the issue. Also try turn on WP_DEBUG to see if that shows you more info

    Actually selecting anything in the Foogallery plugin is ridiculously slow.(forever to load System info tab under the foogallery dropdown. No problems with any other aspect of my wordpress theme. frustrating

    Quite often get a “500 internal server error”

    Try disabling all your other plugins, see if that makes a difference. I don’t have that kind of issue on my own installation. It is very quick to respond

    The issues you are describing sound far more like server side issues with the hosting than with FooGallery. We do our best to ensure that our plugins are efficient and the long delays and 500 server errors you are describing are very unusual.
