Slow working process

Hi everyone, this is not about my page being slow. I m passing core vitals.

The problem is while I m working on blog posts after a couple of minutes the system slows down and it is hard for me to keep working on the post without reloading the page.

I already contacted my host but they said there is nothing wrong on their end. To ask here.

How can I fix it?
