Slowed down my website considerably

I was hopeful that I could use this free plugin instead of a premium alternative (namely WP Offload Media by Delicious Brains) but it slowed my website down considerably. The way this plugin handles the media url rewrites added ~2-10 seconds per page for load time.

The setup was easy and worked well, however the speed issues made me have to uninstall this plugin. If they fix this speed issue the plugin deserves 5 stars!
