    Huge amounts of database activity causing resource limitations on the server. I uninstalled it and database activity went down by 10%. I don’t have time to mess with plugins that are causing issues. I have a business to run.

    All of WordPress’s content and settings exist in the database, so an increase in database queries after adding a plugin is not unexpected, nor should a 10% increase in database queries lead to a server resource overage (unless you’re already on the razor’s edge).

    Have you brought this up with your hosting provider? Which version of PHP are you running?
