    I have to ask, why would you post a negative review without even submitting a support request?

    It’s very rare for issues like this to occur if there isn’t a plugin conflict or configuration problem on the website. If you use P3 Plugin Profiler to benchmark your plugin resource usage, you’ll see that WP-SpamShield does not use much.

    I put together a Troubleshooting Guide and FAQ’s for users to check when they have issues. There is also Support Request Form for you to contact us if those don’t work.

    I agree Scott, this is really an unfair review. topedge, you should come back and revise your review after going through Scott’s troubleshooting and FAQ. He works awfully hard to make sure users have the resources they need.
