Slows down the entire website

    I am trying to use Quick chat on my new website. However, there is a problem. I am using the WP theme called Paula (premium theme bought on themeforest) but every time I activate Quick chat, my website loading times go beyond 10 seconds. When I turn Quick chat off, they drop to 1-2 seconds. I’d really like to use this plugin, but it really is killing the entire server. I know you have a warning on the plugin page about sufficient server resources, but if it causes over 10 second load times with just one visitor, imagine what will happen when 100 people are on the website at the same time.

  • I’m having the same problem. Activating the plugin slows the whole site down – everywhere. Shame as this was exactly the plugin I was looking for.

    Please provide an update if you are still experiencing the same issue. I’d love to know if it was resolved.

    i’am using the latest version (Version 4.12)

    if someone can help it would be great because it’s exactly the chat plugin i’am looking for
