Installed this plugin and now it takes 4 minutes to load a page/wordpress section in the admin area. Deactivated the plugin and now it’s back to normal. Help!

    Hello @admail,

Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

This kind of issue you’re encountering is often due to invalid credentials in the plugin settings, which results in an excessive number of API requests and slows down your website. To resolve this, I recommend that you delete or rename thewoocommerce-ppcp-settings option in the wp_options table, e.g. using Adminer. In any case, we have prepared an instructional video that includes the installation of the plugin and making the required changes. You can watch the video here: Instructional Video.

Try this step and let us know if problems persist after implementing this change. If you encounter any further issues or have additional questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out for more assistance.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian
