Slows website down

I ran some scans using P3 Plugin Performance Profiler in different environments. The results I got fluctuated from 0.1394 seconds to 0.2483 seconds.

I also did some investigations trying to find a place that maybe is causing the plugin take more then the necessary time to load, but the code is polished and also it uses some cache strategies.

Could you please provide more information about the environment your site is hosted? How many Events do you have? You can also send the results provided by the P3 Plugin (Email these results).(edited)

Thanks for the follow up. The environment is Apache via Dreamhost who just recently opened up a new data center in Portland and as part of the move our account was migrated to a new server. The speed of the site has improved significantly, with tTimely only taking a quarter of second to load. The report taken today should fill in the rest of the information:
