SLPHOTO no longer showing ratings

for example: [wppa type=”slphoto” photo=”1″] no longer shows the ratings (stars)
All necessary settings are enabled.
It used to work, so I started downgrading.
I found that version wp-photo-album-plus.8.4.01.008 is the last one to display the ratings.
However, a slideshow of the album still displays the ratings: [wppa type=”slide” album=”1″]
I cannot believe that it took me 1 year and four months to notice this!
I hope that this is not ‘by design’.
