Slug won't work with some pages

I have a question for u, why some pages won’t save the customized slug?
Can u help please?
U can see here https://www.miccio.it/chi-siamo if i set some slug for english it won’t work, but works for other pages, like https://www.miccio.it/en/why-miccio-olives/.Please help.
