sluggish theme

    Hello All,

    Just an update. I noticed my site was getting very sluggish. And the site was going up and down I was getting 503 errors. My cpu and memory was 100.

    My first thought was that it was this Kale theme. Well let me tell you it was NOT this theme.
    What I did do is disable all plugins and added them back one by one. It was some of the plugins I had installed. Jetpack, Joast and Disquz to name a few. What I did learn is the less plugins you use the better. Do I need above plugins? Not really. Yes Disquz was a fancy comment plugin but who cares ?? At least I know now my site is back up and running. Just saying don’t blame the theme right away ones you upgrade. Check the plugins first ??
