    Dear,

When I update a product slug through “quick edit”, the slug isn’t updated properly on the slugs column.

I can ensure that I have absolutely no caching enabled on BACKEND. Yes I have on frontend but no caching at all on backend from Cloudflare, WP Rocket nor Browser.

    Can you check this please?
    Thanks

    Hi @gevcen

Thank for reaching out to us! This is likely a result of aggressive caching by your host. My recommendation would be to fresh the permalinks under Settings > Permalinks > Save. If saving the permalinks doesn’t do the trick, contact your host.

    Thanks again,

    Hi,

I don’t think the issue is related to caching on hosting for the simple reason that, when I clear WP Rocket cache, it automatically clears the cache on both server & cloudflare side. Therefore, this cannot be the problem. The video I gave you in initial post has no caching layer at all.

About the permalinks, I don’t think they are the issues because this problem is not related to permalinks per se. It’s related to the “slug” of products, not to their permalink path on the site.

    Can you please recheck?
    Thanks

    Hi @gevcen

Everything works as expected when we test. My last assumption is that the problem could be a result of something else, maybe a code conflict?

Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue. Here is a link that better outlines that process:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
