Slugs or links?

    1. Does this convert permalink slug URLs, or existing HREF links in posts?
    2. Is the conversion permanent (run once, disable), or is a redirect performed (only while the plugin is enabled)?
    3. If this works on HREF links in posts, can it differentiate between external and internal links?
