small bug: "no invitations code set" alert shown for all users

Thanks for the great plugin Julio.

If you do another update, I thought you might like to include this change.

The following alert shows for all my roles

Nobody can register because you did not set any invitation codes, do it now!

I thought it might be better if it showed only for administrators.

I’ve just added a dummy code that no one will use so this isn’t really a problem.
