Small Bug on GR VAT numbers

    Hello! Congratulations for your plugin!

    I’ve noticed that even though you’ve created some functions like alg_wc_eu_vat_parse_vat to make the billing country code correspond to the VAT country code, with a special case for Greece (EL) treated as Greece (GR), there’s no other function to check the addon using “https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/viesquer.do” so that users don’t need to input the EL prefix when the “Allow VAT number input without country code” setting is enabled.

    Perhaps you could fix this?
