    Not a big deal to make iz with custom CSS code, but just when you have time to make it as complete visual tool.

    You can see on SH, background around volume bar, on hover gets hover of “a” tag, links, from content styling.

    In this case more specific:

    .bd-postcontent-2 a:hover {
    background-color: #f0ad4e;
}
