    Hello

    Today when i change config WP_DEBUG’, true then i seee this error:

    NOTICE: UNDEFINED OFFSET: 0 IN C:\xx\xx\xx\WP-CONTENT\PLUGINS\SIMPLE-RATING\RATING.PHP ON LINE 115

    when i use short-cod in my template, and if i detective plugin, then all site error.

    Well of course. If you deactivate plugin, function will not be defined and that will trigger error.
    You can alternatively use it as
    if(function_exists('spr_show_rating')){echo spr_show_rating();}
