Small error with JavaScript

    Good morning!
    I am having a bit of trouble with you plugin.
    The conditional part does not seem to work.
    The page is here: https://aectra.socielle.com/promo/terra-sorb-complex/
    When i click on any of the radio buttons in the form, a small text should appear, as per this setup: https://prntscr.com/i9gud7
    I am using this in order to be able to setup conditions in the Mail2 area as per this setup: https://prntscr.com/i9guhy
    However, since the form is not working, I did not setup the conditions.
    As far as I can see the javascript that ads the display condition for each group is missing.
    I only have contact form 7 and and cf7cf plugins activated: https://prntscr.com/i9gv5f and my wordpress is 4.9.2

    I have activated the debug options and got this errors:

    i don’s see anything wrong with this.

    If the script does not get loaded, it’s likely because your theme is missing the wp_footer() function in the footer.php file. Please see the FAQ
