Small feature suggestions

1. Allow for content centering. Add another div, with class, around the #catapult-cookie-bar div allowing for content of #catapult-cookie-bar div to be centered with css whilst still having a full width bar with background colour. Could also add center as an option in the backend and allow for page width to be specified so users can select this rather than have to write the css.

2. Add a “push content option” that makes the cookie bar push the page content down. Adding a margin to the html tag of the same height as #catapult-cookie-bar seems the obvious option.

3. Have a link colour option and a button text colour option, rather tha us 1 option for both. Sometimes it’s handy to be able to style these independently

These would all be really handy. Love the plugin, simple, lightweight and effective.
