[Theme: Spacious] Small menu on galaxy s3 showing transparent

  • Hello, guys.
    If I make my PC Internet browser window small, that SMALL MENU appears, then it shows normally, if I click on it, then it moves content down and I see all drop down menu (with it background color), but if I do the same on my Samsung s3 android, then Small menu just expands down and doesn’t move content down, so it shows to be partially transparent above page content.. with opacity.
    Any ideas how to fix it?

    Seems, that

    .main-small-navigation li {
     display: block !important;

    is not working for android.
    If I change display to inline-block, then I see even in my PC web browser transparent block with Small menu elements, without normal background. It looks like on smartphone.
    So block is working for PC, but is not working for smarts?

    Any1 knows that problem?
