Small problem with product categories

Hi all

Not sure if I’m posting in the right place, but I have a small problem on a site I’m editing. It’s an ecommerce site and on the products page I have different categories, so it’s 4 cols with a image of each category and a heading below with a number in brackets to the right of the heading, with a yellow background.

I’ve only started learning PHP so am a bit lost tbh. I want to get rid of the number and the yellow background and possibly change the position of the heading. Here is the HTML code <h3>Bibs <mark class="count">(3)</mark></h3> I have looked through all the css files and can’t find ‘count’ or ‘mark’ anywhere. So I’m hoping you guys can help me or point me in the right direction.
