Small Searchable Database

Hi. I have a project database that features some basic fields like client name, project title, fields for the tasks completed, contact name, and price charged. I am trying to find a way to recreate this in WordPress. Basically, I would want to create the fields I need in the database, then enable users to enter records using those fields, then be able to search on and display those stored records. I would want to search the records by the fields in the database, so client name, project name, etc.

Is there any plugin that anyone knows of to accomplish this? I’ve done several searches but the word “database” is not a great search term.
