My _options table has 1,838,832 records, and is 1.16 GB in size. I have run WP_Optimize a couple times successfully removing all junk and transient records; however the _options table remains tremendously bloated, and I receive the following error for about 30 secs following each optimization attempt.

    Service Unavailable

Any help in correcting my database issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for the help guys.

After looking into the _options table I realized there are a LOT of cached cart records. I was able to clear the cache via Woocommerce -> System Status -> Tools -> Clear All Customer Sessions. This sent 1.16G of my 1.26G _options size to overhead which I was able to easily remove by rerunning WP_Optimize.
