    Thanks for your post.

    We have tutorials here and here to help you remove the Google Calendar and iCal Import buttons.

    Changing the word Event to something else. You can use this tutorial to change the wording of the view headings.

    For changing the word in the single event pages you’ll need to do some customizing- perhaps using a get_text function or a template change. We’re not able to help with that sort of thing, but we do have Technical Docs for you to check out. You might also try searching our PRO Forum for other folks in the same boat.
