Smart Coupons – Remove ‘Coupon Received’ text from emailed coupon

Hi,

I cannot find the section within Smart Coupons to edit/remove the text below the ‘Coupon Received’ heading when a coupon is emailed to a customer.

The text reads:

List of coupons & their details which you have received from the store. Click on the coupon to see the details.

Clicking the coupon doesn’t result in anything, so we’d like to remove the text completely.

How is this achieved?
