Smart Post Issue

    We desperately need label creation/printing. Our account is smart post enabled and we are already using the woocommerce fedex plugin with Smart Post and it’s working fine. The issue is that the WCM Plugin doesn’t give the label creation/printing that’s why we considered your plugin. The only thing blocking us from getting the premium is that when we activate smart post it doesn’t show the SP price on the checkout page, could you help us to get this out of the way?

    In our premium version, you will be able to create labels.
    If the rate is not coming then I would like to suggest you to turn on debug mode from admin settings to see API request and response to get a better picture.

    Hi John,
    As you have selected SmartPost hub, now I request you to check your debug mode request again. There should be two FexEx request and two responses respectively. On the latter request, you should get ‘SmartPostDetail’ node. Also, check that response whether you are getting rate there or not.

    I had everything already set up the way you’ve asked me to when I sent the debug code above, if this isn’t resolved this week end I’ll go ahead and try another plugin that I found, a little more expensive but this cannot wait and you guys are annoyingly slow to assist.

    Also, why is this post marked as resolved? This is clearly not a resolved case.

    I am afraid that after posting a comment only 5 min time they give to revert. After that we can’t even edit it.

    And in your debug mode request/response there should be a second request and response (which is supposed to be for smarpost). Here the response you have posted, I can’t see the second request/response. If you can provide me that request/response then I can assist you better.

    There is no way I’ll ever consider your plugin and you have been absolutely useless on getting me the SIMPLE information I needed. Probably as useless as Fedex support. GOOD JOB MICKEY.

    What I have tried is, to check your debug details in first place. I didn’t think you will post all those details. If I would have got any clue about this surely I would have warned you about this.

    Regarding our support, we have Premium support for the Paid version and have limitation in supporting the Free version. However we try to resolve queries as quick as possible for the basic users.

    This is a real concern since anyone can use this code to make their shipment without doing any payment. So if we can get at least this resolved that’d be great yes.
